Departure procedures

Go to the starting point

  • Please arrive at the departure point at the scheduled time.

Listen to the explanation

  • We will create a vehicle rental document. We will explain the details of the compensation, the accident response fee, and other points to note.

Car Check

  • Please check the exterior, tires, and interior of the car you will be using. Also, if you have any questions about how to operate the car, how to open the fuel tank cap, or the equipment, please ask the store staff.

What to do in case of an accident

1. Provide first aid to injured people.
2. Contact the police (110) from the scene.
3. Contact the departure store from the scene. We have prepared a reliable compensation plan so that you can use our service with peace of mind even in the event of an accident.

How to handle parking violations

If you are found guilty of illegal parking while using a rental car, you are responsible for reporting to the police station with jurisdiction over the area, completing the required procedures, and paying the fine immediately. When returning the car, please present the traffic violation notice and documents such as the payment slip and receipt with the receipt stamp to the sales office staff for confirmation.
If you are unable to present these documents (if payment of the fine cannot be confirmed), we will charge you 25,000 yen (parking violation fee).

Return

Go to the return location

Please arrive at the return location at the scheduled time.
If you change your mind or cannot make the return time, please contact the departure office in advance to get approval.

Refueling

Please fill up the tank when returning the vehicle. You will also need to provide a receipt for refueling when you return the vehicle.
If you are unable to return the vehicle with a full tank for some reason, we will charge you based on the amount of fuel remaining in the fuel gauge. Please note that in this case, the charge will be higher than the actual amount of refueling.

Settlement

If ETC usage will exceed from deposit money(30,000円), then customer have to pay remaining money.
